Services
The breath.pt provides digital content and tools to support functional breathing practice. The available content is for informational and wellness purposes and does not replace medical advice.
Payments
Payments are securely processed by ifthenpay, through Multibanco and MB WAY. After payment confirmation, access to the product is made immediately available electronically, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Right of Withdrawal
According to art. 10 of DL 24/2014 of February 14, the consumer has 14 days to exercise the right of withdrawal for online purchases.
For digital products with immediate access, by confirming the purchase you expressly waive this right, under the terms of art. 16, point m), of the same law.
Text to display at checkout:
“By confirming the purchase, I acknowledge that access to the digital product is immediate and I expressly waive the right of withdrawal, under the terms of art. 16, point m), of DL 24/2014 of February 14.”

Applicable Law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. The competent court for resolving any disputes is the court of Braga district, without prejudice to resorting to the ADR mechanisms indicated above.
